Unfortunately, there are only 24 hours in a day. As you can imagine, I don’t sleep much. I probably average about three hours of sleep per night. I am used to this, however, as I have never been a big sleeper. I have always heard that you need eight hours of sleep per night, but found that odd, as I never get that much and I seem to be fine. No over training, no exhaustion, no falling asleep at work, I continually show gains in my weight training, etc. Earlier this week, I found this article that mentioned something I hadn’t heard before - getting less than seven hours of sleep each night can cause an increase in ghrelin levels.…(Continued...)
