The article says that by your late 20s, collagen, the substance that helps skin maintain its elasticity, begins decreasing by about 1 percent each yeah (especially in areas exposed to the sun). The article gives some of the following tips about how men can take care of their faces: Dr. Seth Matarasso of the University of California San Francisco reccomends that men use mild soaps that are glycerin-based, nonabrasive and nonirritating (such as Dove, Neutrogena, Purpose and Basis).
