The main products in question were Charantea Ampalaya Capsules and Charantea Ampalaya Tea, goods labeled as dietary supplements yet promoted as treatments for such conditions as diabetes, anemia, and hypertension.&nbsp; Unfortunately, it is these latter claims that has the FDA up in arms.
