Maybe I am just getting crabby in my old age, since I just hit the big three zero recently. This particular thing really doesn’t affect me at all, unless people ask me afterward why they aren’t making the progress that they desire, or why certain body parts hurt. The answer, in many of these cases has been pretty simple – use proper form.
