San Francisco Named Fittest City

The American College of Sports Medicine has named San Francisco the “fittest city” in the U.S. According to Rita Rubin at USA Today, the ACSM study looked at 16 of the largest metropolitan areas and evaluated health behaviors, such as the proportion of residents who maintain a healthy weight, as well as environmental factors, such as the number of parks.You can see how your city compared by clicking here Seattle came in second, Boston came in third and my metropolitan area, Washington, DC came in a respectable fourth place.
