Are you sleeping in later? Setting the alarm clock early enough to get a morning workout in, then slapping the snooze button until you’re almost late for work… sound familiar? Trust me, you’re not alone. Today, Jacki Donaldson shared some of her excuses on not getting up early enough to get the morning workout in. I thought they were great ones.
