(Video) Perfect Pushup vs. Pushup Pro

New fitness accessories claim to have transformed the way we are able to do pushups. There are two different brands: Perfect Pushup ($39.95) and Pushup Pro ($19.95).  Both systems claim to engage more muscles in the arms, chest, shoulders, abs and back to maximize the workout. Further, they claim to reduce joint strain and injury.  This video looks at both products and compares the two. As you can see, the guy in the video prefers Perfect Pushup.
