The “Fully Functional” Workout

Even though your gym may not be “fully functional,” there are certain ways you can tailor your workouts to get what you want out of them. Whether you’re traveling or simply working long hours, it’s important to understand that you don’t need a “fully functional” fitness facility. A recent post from That’s Fit discusses this problem, and how you can find a successful solution.
Author Chris Sparling recommends a standard 30-minute workout, comprised of stretching, walking, jumping jacks and squat thrusts. He also recommends dips, push-ups and modified squats, all of which can be performed in the comfort of your bedroom or hotel room.
