finish lineEvery elite athlete wrestles with some sort of mental or physical challenge. The reason: because no matter how well you do, what goals you achieve, you can do better. But sometimes your mind can actually get in the way. Some call it “mind over body” others call it “pushing yourself” - but what is this inner strength that pushes some of the greatest to come even better, and where does this strength come from?
