    We should always be protective when it comes to health matters. Being exposed to the sun is never healthy. skin cancer is the best result if exposure is more than the body can accept.

  13. The sun’s ultraviolet (UV) rays can damage your skin. To protect it, stay out of the sun between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., when the rays are at their strongest. And remember that clouds don’t block UV rays.

    I generally use use a protective sunscreen to minimise the penetration of the sun’s ultraviolet rays. So, I can suggest people with sensitive skin who burn quickly and must spend a lot of time outdoors should always apply a sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or more.

  19. SPF, an abbreviation for sun-protection factor, is a number such as 15, 30, or 50 that indicates the degree of sunburn protection provided by sunscreens. SPF is related to the total amount of sun exposure rather than simply the length of sun exposure.
