organic The answer is yes. I recently came across an article from MSN entitled The Dirty Dozen: Top 12 Foods to Eat Organic. Below are some of the things they came up with.

Beef
Milk
Coffee
Peaches
Apples
Green Peppers
Celery
Strawberries
Lettuce
Grapes
Potatoes
Tomatoes

Although it’s a good idea to go organic (health-wise), if you don’t have the money to spend, don’t do it. Sometimes, these prices can be more than twice as much as regular foods. If are going to buy organic, look for the USDA label (picture above).
