Lower back pain can be awful. You can feel it when you stand, walk, or run. Sometimes, you can feel it when you are laying down or sitting. Other times, you can feel it when you bed over, or if you left a leg forward. Your problem might be something called hyperlordosis, or an exaggerated inward curve of your spine. you may stand with too large an inward curve in your lower back (hyperlordosis).
Jolie Bookspan from Healthline recently wrote an article entitled, Fast Fitness - Neutral Spine in 5 Seconds where she posted a video of a guy named David who corrects his posture in 5 seconds. Jolie’s post tells you how to do what he does in the video. I found this very intriguing. I encourage you to check it out.
