daydreamLooking for a way to cut calories? Visualizing your meals might be an exercise you’ve yet to try.  A recent study published in the Journal of Physiology & Behavior (2008) revealed that women who wrote a detailed description of their last meal (it happened to be lunch for this study) ate fewer cookies than those who didn’t.

Do you remember what you had for dinner last night?

    One important thing that will totally help you is get rid of any drinks that contain sugar ! EVEN natural juices too and especially coke, just stick to water 24/7! and only have that as a beverage no other drinks and trust me you will notice how just that small change can make a difference and yea you can cut down on your calories but don’t starve yourself ,and did you know eating small amounts or healthy snacks every 2 hours helps you make your metabolism faster

  15. Calories are something you do need to keep in mind, you dont want to take in more than you should, but you also dont want to not get enough! It shouldn’t be something you obsess over..such as counting the calories in everything you eat. *Just watch what kinds of things you put in your mouth and how much! ..and if you really love chocolate allow yourself to have small amounts.

  17. I think yes that sometimes helps...I do it unconsciously sometimes and didn’t realize it is actually one of the techniques lol.

  20. It will store it as fat if you are not working out to burn it. You need calories to be able to burn, they just need to be the correct calories. Eat a small meal for breakfast, small snack, light lunch, small snack, healthy dinner and make sure you drink plenty of water and exercise. I have cut back my fatty food intake and eat 6 small meals a day, drink water and do a cardio workout daily.
