Looking for a way to cut calories? Visualizing your meals might be an exercise you’ve yet to try. A recent study published in the Journal of Physiology & Behavior (2008) revealed that women who wrote a detailed description of their last meal (it happened to be lunch for this study) ate fewer cookies than those who didn’t.
