Visualizing your meals might be an exercise you’ve yet to try.  A recent study published in the Journal of Physiology & Behavior (2008) revealed that women who wrote a detailed description of their last meal (it happened to be lunch for this study) ate fewer cookies than those who didn’t.

Do you remember what you had for dinner last night?
