Do You Eat Like a Man?

I recently came across this quiz that figures out if you eat like a man or a woman. I thought this was really funny, and I was anxious to see their ridiculous reasoning behind the results for my own personal diet.
Before you continue reading, take the quiz. It only takes about a minute to complete.
Apparently, I eat like a man. Ridiculous. I don’t see how gender can play a role in eating. However, their information is coming from the 2006-2007 FoodNet Population Survey, entitled, Are There Gender Differences in Food Consumption? Here is the reasoning:
“The studies suggest that men tend to prefer foods like red meats, frozen pizzas, shrimp, peanuts, ham and not so many vegetables, although men do tend to like brussels sprouts and asparagus. Men also like the spicier flavors like jalapeno, chipotle, horseradish and wasabi. In general men are more likely to eat undercooked foods.”
According to the studies, males would probably prefer:
1. Ham over eggs
2. Horseradish over cinnamon
3. Frozen pizza over frozen carrots
4. Sirloin steak over grilled chicken
5. Peanuts over almonds
6. Brussels sprouts over green beans
7. Jalapeno peppers over berries and cream
8. Crunchy peanut butter over smooth peanut butter
9. Asparagus over tomatoes
10. Yes to runny eggs
11. Buying frozen ground beef over fresh
